One of my home country’s representation is definitely Cherry Blossoms.
We can feel and smell of spring coming soon in addition to cherry blossoms bloomed. It depends on the countries. Actually, in Japan, we have bloomed cherry blossoms in the middle of March to the beginning of April approximately. However, due to the shape of country, that starts from the beginning of March in the south from in the middle May in the north of Japan. If you really love to see cherry blossoms, you can travel from the south in the beginning of March till the north in the middle of May .
We celebrate the spring has come, having parties under the trees. Sometimes, some companies gathered there after work and for the sake of that, freshmen had to come early to take the space and wait for them. (Not sure that is still going on, but it used to be…)
Also, because this season is the time we have to farewell or welcome, we enjoy having dinner with alcohol until the late night.
In that way, Tokita Kobo has a lot of cherry blossoms pattern. This is our spiritual flower.
